Shipping:
Shipping is free for orders of $100.00 or more to all Western States, orders recieved for under $100.00 will pay $3.95 for shipping in the states of CA, AZ, CO, OR, WA, NV, NM, UT, ID
Only. Orders shipped by ground services. Expedited orders available at additional cost. Certain products do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping price is subject to change without prior notice.
Substitution:
In some circumstances, products may sell out or be replaced by a new release after the order is placed. In such case, upon customer approval, procare reserves the right to substitute the product requested with a comparable product.
Guarantee/Return:
Our products are guaranteed against defects for 15 days. Merchandise should be returned within that period of time for consideration. If it is a factory defect, you will be advised and we will provide you with information regarding returns. There will be no refunds for shipping.All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge.
Sales Tax:
All orders shipped within the State of California will be subject to sales tax unless you have a valid California Resale Certificate.
